La Compagnie continues offering new opportunities for travelers
The French airline has offered other unique services to entice travelers to fly on the airline. Early last year, the airline began offering an around-the-world cruise. The all-inclusive tour stopped at various destinations across the globe, including Rio de Janeiro, Machu Picchu, Easter Island, Fiji, Singapore, Hanoi, and Dubai, before returning to Paris. Each stay has a unique travel plan to explore the area. The tour cost €39,000 ($43,000) and included stays at five-star hotels at each stop.
Along the way, passengers could take advantage of the ultra-soft mattress toppers, free WiFi, and large-screen entertainment systems on the flight. While flying, the airline also offered hand-picked meal options from a Michelin-star chef and wine selections chosen by a sommelier.
